Ann Evans

Our New Director

When as a 14 year old Ann Evans did a week’s work experience from Anglesey’s David Hughes School in 1994, she was placed with Morgan Evans & Co. Little did she think that 24 years later she would become a Director of the Company. It was announced this week that Ann, now Mrs. Ann Evans Jones, was to join the board of executive directors comprising; Mr. Maldwyn Williams, Mr. Simon Jones, Mr Bryn Mortimer- Roberts, Mr Geraint Evans and Managing Director, Mrs. Sheila Simpson.

Mrs. Simpson said, “I am delighted to welcome Ann as the newest member of our board of executive directors. She is a very valuable member of the team and brings an enthusiastic and forward thinking element with her, and as the only other female member of the board perhaps a slightly different perspective. With her input, as well as the expertise and experience of the other members of the board, we look forward to an exciting and bright future for our company.
